Day 1

Arusha – Ngorongoro Crater Game Drive – Serengeti National Park

Drive time: ~2 hrs to crater, 4–5 hrs to Serengeti
 Main activity: Early morning crater game drive & afternoon transfer to Serengeti

Your adventure begins with a very early departure from Arusha (around 5:30–6:00 AM). Drive straight to Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive. This is one of the best places in Africa to see the Big Five — especially rhino, elephants, buffalo, and lions — in a single day.

Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the crater, then ascend and drive onward to Central Serengeti (Seronera area), arriving by late afternoon. You may spot wildlife even before officially entering the Serengeti gates.

Full Day Game Drive in Serengeti National Park

Main activity: Sunrise & full-day game drives  Start with an early morning game drive, when predators are most active. Spend the entire day exploring Serengeti National Park, particularly the Seronera Valley, known for year-round wildlife action.

Your guide will help track the Great Migration (if in season) and you’ll have opportunities to spot cheetahs, lions, leopards, elephants, giraffes, and more. A picnic lunch will be served at a scenic spot in the park.

Return to camp in the evening for a hearty dinner and rest under the stars.

Day 3

Serengeti National Park – Arusha

Drive time: ~7–8 hrs with optional short game drive en route
Main activity: Optional sunrise drive + travel day

After an early breakfast, enjoy a short morning game drive as you begin your journey back to Arusha. You’ll pass back through Ngorongoro Conservation Area and the Great Rift Valley on your way.

Arrive in Arusha in the late afternoon or early evening. Drop-off at your hotel or airport (JRO/ARK).
